Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a return based on the conditions below.
Returns for Ready-to-Ship Items
For reworked and ready-to-ship items, you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition as received – unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
- Free from any signs of wear, perfume, or alterations.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email hello@marloeseditions.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how to send it back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost or delayed returns.
If the entire order is returned, we will refund the full amount including the original shipping costs.
Made-to-Order & Custom Items
Items that are made to order cannot be returned or refunded, as they are crafted specifically for you. This includes items with custom sizing or modifications.
However, if there is a quality issue or defect, please contact us at hi@marloeshoogeveen.com, and we will work on a solution.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it—no questions asked. This applies only to ready-to-ship items.
The item must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. If returning under this policy, you must notify us within 14 days at hello@marloeseditions.com.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the entire order is returned, we will refund the full purchase price including the original shipping costs. However, if only part of the order is returned, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Note: This right does not apply to made-to-order or custom pieces.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return the original and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Made-to-order or customized items
- Sale items or gift cards
